Two products within one app
For trainers
The platform helps develop a private practice in Dubai: find clients, effectively manage workload, and build long-term professional relationships.
For clients
The application provides the opportunity to find fitness, strength training, or sports conditioning coaches and start training without unnecessary complications.

Here you can see the Wellse identity case study.
Product approach
At the start, the Wellse team had a general understanding of the future application, but many user scenarios still required development. We started not with screens, but with an analysis of the product and building interaction logic — we defined the key flows for clients and trainers before the design stage.
We analyzed existing solutions in the fitness and booking services sector, studied user-familiar scenarios, and market best practices.
During the design process, we considered not only individual user scenarios but also the overall interaction mechanics between them. It was important to create value for both parties so that Wellse would remain the primary communication tool after the initial contact.
Next, we built a flexible work process together with the client’s team. We designed the product iteratively: as individual screens and functional blocks were ready, we handed them over for development, taking into account the technical capabilities of the development team and the MVP limitations.
Interface for different writing systems
Dubai is a multicultural environment, so the interface was adapted for two writing systems: English and Arabic. For the Arabic version, an RTL format is implemented, where navigation and visual hierarchy are read from right to left.
The system maintains a unified visual language and correctly restructures navigation and composition for different reading directions.
Swipe mechanics: a familiar way to choose
Swipe mechanics are used to select a trainer, based on a quick decision-making pattern familiar to users. It simplifies the search process and makes it more intuitive through familiar interaction.
Think about workouts, not currencies
The app allows you to choose a convenient currency for displaying costs. All calculations are automatically converted to it, so the user doesn’t have to think about currency conversion and differences.

Trainer organizer: all in one app
Wellse turns the app into a working tool for the trainer: it helps plan workloads, manage clients, and keep daily tasks under control.

Results
The app has been launched and is available on the App Store. The first version included part of the designed functionality — the remaining scenarios and features are prepared in the mockups and left for the next stages of product development.
Wellse received not only the finished app design but also a full-fledged product development methodology: from research and scenario building to creating a design system and preparing mockups for implementation.
Working on the project helped the client’s team gain a deeper understanding of the mobile product creation process. They used the acquired experience as a foundation for launching their own app development studio.
