Our team includes not only designers, illustrators and art directors, but also managers, editors, and developers. Everyone is busy with their own business so that projects will be effective and with predictable results (in other words, cool).
We believe that the project is a success only when there is complete mutual understanding between the project team and the client. We trust in transparency and flexibility more than in TT which are set in stone. We always get on well with clients.
We have our own skill assessment system and a clear division of designers, so everyone levels up their own: vertical expertise, hard, software and press.
But this fact still
doesn't make it easier to find specialists.
