Hoster.by is a provider for everybody. It offers hosting and domains to individual customers and provides complex services concerning creation of cloud services and IT infrastructure reliability to corporations.
The old personal account of Hoster.by could not cope with the company’s enlargement, because it was designed to do a smaller amount of services and simpler business processes.
The focus of the new personal account is made on convenient payment and simple management.
We design the navigation system and unify management
The important things go first. We analyze statistics, interview customers and design the users’ experience so that they can sort out all products easily and find what they need quickly.

The most common scenario for using any account is to log in, analyze the situation and pay.
Bills were scattered across different panels before. You had to waste a lot of time in order to pay for hosting, renew a domain or buy an SSL-certificate. There is no such problem on the new account — all accounts are centralized.

Customers will obtain rewards in the form of achievements* for the purchase of additional services and enhancements: SSL-certificate, hiding Whois data or an additional protection. The end goal is to gain all achievements.
*This system has not been implemented on the Hoster.by account yet, but it is planned to be done in the future.

Cloud management and its tariffs are different from the virtual hosting. Customers pay for units (the units of the server’s performance). We organize information in such a way that all important information can be in sight.
We show the balance and costs in the current month at once. Customers can quickly replenish the account or take the deferred payment
If cloud resources are spent evenly and predictably — the client is calm as a cucumber
Back-ups require some resources. The visibility of information concerning the depth of version control, the volume of occupied space and the cost of resources help the administrator to keep the balance of cost and reserve
