The old version of the app worked, but had a number of issues: out-of-date design, similarity to Flightradar24 competitors, inconvenient flights search, airports, and an overabundance of advertising.
Business needs satisfied users so that the product is promoted more easily, subscriptions and relevant advertising increase in their number, and as a result, it will have profit. And users need a convenient app that will help plan a trip, navigate at the airport and notify in advance that the plane is delayed.

We deal with processes and screens of the app, group it into several role models: travelers, greeters, flywatchers. We define their requests and typical flows. We fix the issues and shortcomings of UX / UI in the process of implementing these scenarios. We develop recommendations taking into account business goals: increasing the conversion to a subscription, a reasonable amount of advertising without drastic cuts and loss in revenue.
Issues to be solved
- the same type of screen templates that make it difficult to navigate between objects: flight, airport, departure,

- non-obviousness of transitions and navigation,

Predictive input and smart search help to deal with simple queries:
- find the airport in the city: ‘oh, are there several?’,
- find the schedule of flights along the route or all types of flights between cities,
- find by number a flight departing from an airport on a specific date.
No matter how smart the search is, the user decides whether the result is suitable. We make the information presentation system clear and understandable: the flight, airport and airline can no longer be confused, even if only two letters are entered.

Previously, there was a lot of it: it mixed with content and annoyed when interacting, covering the entire screen with itself.
