Our designers track their time on a daily basis, including in your time tracking system. In addition, we will send you weekly reports showing the time spent on each task and its cost, taking into account the specialist’s rate.

In outstaffing, you, the client, set the tasks for the designer. The specialist works according to the processes established in your company. If you hold daily meetings, the designer will attend these, report on the results of their work and then you can determine other priority tasks together. If you don’t hold daily meetings and check in on results, the designer will work in the same way. This allows you to include the resource in your processes immediately without wasting time on costly adaptation.
In any case, the designer keeps track of the time spent on each task on a daily basis, and you can view the time spent on each task at any time in your tracking system or in our weekly reports. If you are not satisfied with the pace or quality of the work, you can quickly change the specialist without the hassle of dismissal procedures. This is the advantage of outstaffing.

Indeed, there are areas with which we have not yet worked. However, based on our experience, our senior designers are quite quick to immerse themselves in complex, highly specialised areas. For example, we have developed a control interface for domain furnaces and an app for veterinarians that allows them to measure vital signs in horses.
When it comes to fintech, e-commerce or retail, we are experts in these areas. We have an understanding of all business processes and have developed working solutions and insights.
